Embroidery of garter badge of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment made as a therapeutic piece by Sergeant W.J. Lyons of the 7th Battalion, Royal Warwickshire Regiment. There are several small holes near the top of the panel and through the backing paper, possibly made by darts.
