The Museum Events Programme Spring/Summer 2026

A series of fascinating events to inspire the mind.

The museum is presenting a series of special events to inspire and educate.

2nd May, 11am - 1pm 'What Did Uncle Bill Do In The War' - a FREE event exploring family history and the armed services with inspiring presentations and special historical display.

23th May 1:30pm - 3pm 'Voices From The Great War Women's Land Army' - a fascinating delve into the personal lives of the women who served in the Land's Army during WW1. Tickets - £6

6th June 11am - 3pm 'Voices From Normandy 1944' - a special event marking D-Day with words of members of the 2nd Battalion of Royal Warwickshire Regiment spoken by their family member. Tickets - £15

4th July 11am - 3pm 'The Battle of the Somme 1916 Revisited' - a series of talks led by historian Gary Sheffield re-evaluating the Somme Offensive and the part played by the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. Tickets - £15
