Battle tour 2027 - The Royal Warwicks & Overlord 1944
Provisional dates: 10th - 14th May 2027.
Five days and four nights with an adaptable itinerary to suit the interests of participants with transport arranged on car share and flexible self-booked accommodation along route.
The tour includes Sword Beach, Lebisey Wood and Royal Warwickshire Regiment memorial, Caen and other key sites related to the Normandy campaign in 1944.
Estimated total costs for trip around £1, 250- £1, 500 per person which includes all travel and accommodation expenses as well as expert guiding around the sites and specific research on individuals who served in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment during the campaign. This is an exceptional opportunity to follow in the footsteps of your ancestors as they began the liberation of western Europe.
